He is former president of PA Association of Broadcasters and served as an officer on the Fox Affiliate Board of Governors. Bill is the founder and owner of WWOO-LD in Boston, the world's first 24/7 5G broadcast station. He is a partner in XGen Network, which is deploying 5G Broadcasting stations and networks.
