Todd Achilles teaches innovation, strategy and policy analysis at UC Berkeley’s Goldman School of Public Policy. From 2017 to 2022, he was CEO of Evoca TV, an ATSC 3.0 TV provider based in Boise, Idaho. Evoca represented the first, new facilities-based, pay TV provider in over 30 years with a focus on underserved markets. Evoca was awarded multiple patents for its innovative hybrid broadcast-broadband architecture. Prior to Evoca, Todd held executive roles at Hewlett-Packard and T-Mobile, and served on active duty in the U.S. Army as a tank commander and armor officer.
