Kincheloe is the Director of Production Technology for NBCUniversal Local, a division of NBCUniversal that includes 43 NBC and Telemundo owned stations, six Regional Sports Networks, and three multicast networks. He joined NBCUniversal Local in 2021. In his role, Kincheloe leads the establishment of technology standards, evaluates and institutes production technology, and helps to create new production technology roadmaps for the division.   

With more than 20 years of broadcast design and integration experience, Kincheloe has worked for major TV networks and station groups and has managed and engineered various media technology projects including production control and studio projects, master control centralization systems, and post production/media workflow systems.  

At NBCUniversal Local, Kincheloe is focused on the continuation of IP facilities utilizing SMPTE 2110, NDI and other compressed IP formats, as well as cloud-based Virtual Control production workflows that have begun to launch across the division.
